Had about an hour to kill today – very “June Gloom” but the beach was still packed and warm. Thought I’d try more manual focus on moving targets while I ate my lunch, this time with my 85mm. I would say I blew focus on about 40%, which is ok after 6 solid years of AF. 🙂
Also, only having a prime made the whole thing quite interesting. Looking forward to my first real ‘safari’ when I get a chance.
Only basic processing – LR4 Old Polar, cropping.

Was out testing lenses – Nikon 80-200, Nikon 35mm manual, Rokinon 85mm manual (note the hands on the sign in the first pic).
Apart from making them all B&W (just felt better that way) no other adjustments.
Also, when did Downtown get that cool?
Every time you do a move/backup, always good to go through some of the old pics and see if you can bring new life to them. Amazing how often I discover something I’d forgotten about or rejected.
